Belleville

BlueberriesU-PickEggs

Blueville Acres Blueberry Farm is a no-spray, natural practice blueberry operation in Belleville — just across the Wayne County line from Washtenaw County, and easily accessible from Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. The blueberry bushes on the property date back to 1968 and have been maintained without chemical sprays, using careful trimming and pruning practices instead.

What they grow: Blueberries (u-pick only — no pre-picked berries available). Also sells free-range eggs, pastured pork, and non-GMO Thanksgiving turkeys.

Season: Mid-July through mid-August, depending on crop conditions each year.

Picking rules:

Important: Always check their website at bluevilleacres.com or their Facebook page for current hours, picking conditions, and reservation/ticket information before making the drive. Conditions can change quickly during the season.

Note: This farm is located in Wayne County, not Washtenaw County, but is close to the border and a short drive from Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti.
