Dog Star Farm
Ann Arbor
Dog Star Farm is a certified organic operation at 4700 Whitmore Lake Rd in Ann Arbor, started in 2025 by Magda and Zach — both experienced farm apprentices who trained at farms across the US before launching their own. Their approach: soil-building, affordable, community-centered agriculture.
Flex CSA
Dog Star’s CSA program offers more flexibility than a traditional share — members choose exactly what goes in their box each week rather than receiving a pre-packed assortment.
- Cost: $325 for 12 weeks (~$27/week)
- Season: June 27 – September 12, 2026
- How it works: Select your items online before noon Thursday; shares are packed Friday for Saturday pickup. If you don’t choose, a “farmer’s choice” selection is packed automatically.
- Pickup locations: Two locations (check website for current pickup spots)
- Member perks: 15% discount on produce, exclusive bulk deals, weekly recipe emails, and an invitation to the end-of-season potluck
2026 CSA is sold out. Check dogstarfarmmi.com in early 2027 to sign up for next season.
